Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services. Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Keep records of all customer interactions and transactions, updating customer information in a database as necessary. Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets. Continuously improve product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a working knowledge of competitor offerings. Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to confidentiality and data security. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge. Adhere to schedules and work efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines. A telecaller is one who makes outbound calls to inform or promote the companys product or service. They are responsible for carrying out, and handling the sales deals entirely over the phone.

Study design briefs and determine requirements Schedule projects and define budget constraints Conceptualize visuals based on requirements Prepare rough drafts and present ideas Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design Test graphics across various media Amend designs after feedback Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand Proven graphic designing experience A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) A keen eye for aesthetics and details Excellent communication skills Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines A degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Manage material such as camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects to produce a final film or video product. This is a key role in the post-production process and your skills can determine the quality and delivery of the finished result. Plan, coordinate, and revise material for publication in books, newspapers, or periodicals or on websites. Editors review story ideas and decide what material will appeal most to readers. During the review process, editors offer comments to improve the product and suggest titles and headlines

Thorough knowledge of the social media ad campaign and its functioning. Knowledge of performance analysis through various tools. Publish creative content on social media on a daily basis. Post analysis reports on a fixed interval basis. Good command of the language. Know various social media hacks. Come with creative ideas to a hit sales pitch to potential business partners. Must be an active user of social media channels on a personal level.
