Avoid this builder. Builder and rich owners in Omsree Signet got together to ensure an unfair maintenance, such that flats with 3 times the size of smaller flats pay the same maintenance. Unheard of and against all norms in Hyderabad. Shame

Got my dream home from this wonderful and amazing team. Felt like a family dealing with each and everyone. Very flexible and reliable. Slightly higher in the price point but with the quality you get at the end is worth paying for. It was a wonderful journey dealing with everyone. Yapral is booming because of this builder. Builder is known for his quality of construction. My friend has taken flat through this builder. Cost is slightly higher as he is targetting defense personnel who want to stay in clos vicinity of cantt area, golf and rsaomi club
