Role & responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Horeca sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Horeca industry. Achieve sales targets and goals as set by the company. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Provide exceptional customer service and support to maintain client satisfaction. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, pricing, and content across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Jiomart, etc.). Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and stock management. Support online marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost sales. Assist in building and maintaining relationships with online marketplaces and category teams. Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and provide insights for improvement. Assist in the creation and execution of digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to achieve company goals. Analyze the target audience and customer segments to devise personalized marketing campaigns. Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media platforms. Work with designers and content teams to ensure high-quality, consistent content that aligns with brand messaging. Update and maintain website content to ensure it remains fresh, relevant, and SEO-optimized. Key Requirements: 2 to 3 years of experience in e-commerce sales or operations (preferably in FMCG, food products, or agro commodities). Familiarity with online platforms, Seller Central portals, and promotional tools. Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office, basic CRM, and e-commerce systems. Preferred: Experience in agro commodities and basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain.
