About the Role

Grey Soul Coffee Roasters is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Omnichannel Operations Executive to support our D2C, B2B, marketplace, order fulfilment, inventory, dispatch, and logistics operations. This internship will provide practical exposure to e-commerce and omnichannel operations within a growing F&B business.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing D2C, B2B, marketplace, and corporate orders.
• Prepare daily order and dispatch sheets.
• Verify orders, invoices, quantities, shipping details, and labels.
• Assist with packaging and dispatch operations.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners and track shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatches, returns, and replacements.
• Assist in inventory tracking, stock counting, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the roastery and café teams for stock availability and replenishment.
• Support B2B and corporate gifting order coordination.
• Assist in preparing daily and weekly operational reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational requirements.
• Assist with events, product launches, sampling, and other operational activities when required.
• Identify operational issues and support the team in resolving them.

Candidate Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed BBA, B.Com, MBA Operations, MBA Supply Chain Management, or a related course.
• Basic understanding of operations, inventory, e-commerce, or supply chain processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
• Candidates interested in F&B, e-commerce, retail, or operations will be preferred.
