Production supervisor Job
Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Incharge to manage day-to-day manufacturing operations. The candidate will oversee production planning, manpower management, quality control, and ensure smooth factory functioning while meeting production targets and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily factory operations and production activities. Plan and monitor production schedules to meet output targets. Manage factory staff, workers, and supervisors. Ensure quality standards are maintained as per company requirements. Monitor machine utilization, maintenance, and downtime. Maintain inventory of raw materials, tools, and finished goods. Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with factory rules. Prepare daily production reports and update management. Coordinate with purchase, quality, and dispatch teams. Resolve shop-floor issues and ensure smooth workflow. Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience as Factory Incharge / Production Supervisor in a manufacturing company. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and shop-floor operations. Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle manpower and production targets effectively.
