The lift Never runs more than 12 hours continueusly since the installation, always the problem with the drive and mother board. Very poor response from the service person. All are untrained technical staffs, very rude behavior of the staffs. Never buy zag elivators waste of money along with mental tensions.

Whole body rusted in 6 months. Keeos breaking down every 3-4 days. They charge you for annual maintenance but they only come when there is problem. Parts keep failing due to no maintenance from their end and then they charge customer for that . Please don't buy or install ZAG elevator
