The lift Never runs more than 12 hours continueusly since the installation, always the problem with the drive and mother board. Very poor response from the service person. All are untrained technical staffs, very rude behavior of the staffs. Never buy zag elivators waste of money along with mental tensions.

We have been using zag lift from 7 years onwards, dey do AMC services perfectly ontime team also responds very politely.finally best local Brand lift in vizag.keep it 👍👍ZAG Elevators team …

Whole body rusted in 6 months. Keeos breaking down every 3-4 days. They charge you for annual maintenance but they only come when there is problem. Parts keep failing due to no maintenance from their end and then they charge customer for that . Please don't buy or install ZAG elevator

If you have problem with the builder sort it out with him, y do u ppl let us suffer ... we spent lakhs for a flat and end up with these type of quality services....

Service is not good, no proper response, service boy comes and repairs, just next day again lift stops working

Very worst no service at all in my appartments zag elevator is installed we don't know when it will fall I have experience 3 time in it

The worst service I have never seen and if u have any problem with the builder u should have sorted out with him and u don't have right to put us in trouble all the time..
