Pathetic service from Omega. The sales executive is also not helpful and the ground team from execution to managing the project is also not efficient. There is no plan to arrange the resources and there is a big shortfall of labour on ground. This project is in Bangalore and higher execs of Omega should take note of it.

Don’t buy this elevator as they blackmail u to take AMC from them if u don’t take AMC from them they will not do paid services also. if u buy this product AMC is compulsory from them only otherwise no service.. they will force u to take AMC …
