Manage financial transactions of the company with clients, conduct financial audits, monitor and control cash flows, and inform the management about the company's financial position. Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Post journal entries with reference to identified source documents for financial statement generation. Maintain Account receivables documents, bills, and supporting documentation. Maintain accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices, confirming the validity of the debt, and ensuring necessary approval to pay is received.

Handle security issues in a timely manner. Follow company protocol at all times. Handling emergencies, such as medical incidents, security breaches, or disturbances, and taking appropriate action. Ensuring compliance with security protocols and procedures, including those related to access, behavior, and safety regulations.

Organizing and maintaining the Assistant Director's calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents related to plant operations. Facilitating communication between the Assistant Director and other departments, staff, or external stakeholders. Maintaining records and files related to the assistant director's work. Assisting in the analysis of plant performance data, identifying trends, and preparing reports.
