Manage financial transactions of the company with clients, conduct financial audits, monitor and control cash flows, and inform the management about the company's financial position. Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers. Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies. Post journal entries with reference to identified source documents for financial statement generation. Maintain Account receivables documents, bills, and supporting documentation. Maintain accounts payable, ensuring timely payment of invoices, confirming the validity of the debt, and ensuring necessary approval to pay is received.
Handle security issues in a timely manner. Follow company protocol at all times. Handling emergencies, such as medical incidents, security breaches, or disturbances, and taking appropriate action. Ensuring compliance with security protocols and procedures, including those related to access, behavior, and safety regulations.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the aluminium industry, iron & steel industry, and refractory industries. Proficient in MS Excel (advanced skills in data analysis) and MS Word. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle client correspondence and emails professionally. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
