Key Responsibilities Graphic Design (Primary) Create high-quality social media creatives, carousels, and ads Design and edit engaging Instagram/Facebook reels and short videos Maintain brand consistency (colors, fonts, layouts) across projects Social Media & Client Support (Secondary) Plan and schedule posts, write short captions & hashtags Respond to messages/comments and track engagement If required, provide basic assistance in U.S. (e.g., quick follow-up calls or email replies) Prepare weekly performance and design reports Requirements Proficiency in Canva Pro and at least one professional tool (Photoshop) Strong creative eye and knowledge of latest design & reel trends Basic understanding of social media marketing Good written and spoken English; confidence to talk with U.S. clients is a plus Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
