Job Title Account Manager – Cluster (Three Properties) Department Accounts and Finance Reports To Financial Controller/Managing Director Job Summary The Account Manager – Cluster is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts across three assigned properties within a defined cluster. The role focuses on driving revenue, maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring consistent service delivery, and coordinating between properties to maximize account performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Account Management Manage a portfolio of corporate, leisure, or key accounts across three properties Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients Develop and maintain long-term relationships to encourage repeat business Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and rate agreements Sales & Revenue Growth Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and sales targets Upsell and cross-sell services and offerings across all three properties Prepare and execute account plans and sales strategies Cluster Coordination Coordinate closely with on-site teams at each property to ensure seamless service delivery Align pricing, availability, and offers across the cluster Share market intelligence, client feedback, and best practices between properties Client Servicing & Retention Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all properties Resolve client issues and complaints efficiently and professionally Conduct regular client meetings, site inspections, and property tours Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate account records, contracts, and forecasts Prepare regular sales reports, revenue updates, and pipeline reviews Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the cluster Key Skills & Competencies Strong relationship-building and communication skills Excellent negotiation and presentation abilities Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively Commercial awareness and revenue-driven mindset Strong organizational and time-management skills Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (preferred) 2–5 years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in a multi-property or cluster role Experience in hospitality / real estate / services industry (preferred) Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
