Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with government departments, PSUs, and agencies. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the public sector. Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and attend pre-bid meetings Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Regularly update and manage data in CRM systems for lead tracking, follow-ups, and reporting. Monitor and analyze government tenders and opportunities on platforms like GeM, CPCC, eProcurement portals, etc. Prepare, submit, and track participation in government bids and RFPs/RFQs. Ensure timely and accurate documentation for tender submissions. Liaise with internal teams (technical, legal, finance) to meet bid and client requirements. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Provide market intelligence and insights to improve sales strategies.
