Sr System Admin (Okta)

Administer Okta for identity, single sign-on (SSO), and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Support user access, troubleshoot authentication issues, and maintain integrations with enterprise applications.

Experience: 3-5 years

• 3-5 years of hands-on Okta administration experience
• Experience configuring and supporting single sign-on (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Experience integrating Okta with enterprise applications using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC
• Ability to troubleshoot authentication and access issues across integrated applications
• Working knowledge of identity lifecycle management and provisioning
• Familiarity with Active Directory and directory synchronization
• Understanding of core security principles for identity and access management

Must have non-technical skills:

• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Ability to work within project timelines
• Deliver outcomes with a little supervision, must be a self-starter and self-motivator
• Proactive approach and enthusiasm for problem identification and solving
