If you apply for visa to go to Nigeria through online, you have to attend biometric enrolment in this Nigeria Online Integrated solutions (OIS centre).. if you apply through an agent, the work is so simple...hardly 5 -10 mins.. the securities and reception incharges are very helpful.

Its inside central board of irrigation and power building usually take 30-40 minutes but if you have agent it will hardly takes 5 minutes.
