You will work directly with our core team to build proposals, brochures, presentations and reports that help us win projects and advance the cause of decarbonisation. What You'll Do: Assist in crafting and designing compelling client proposals and reports. Create visually engaging brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral using PowerPoint or Canva and Microsoft Word. Conduct Research on sustainability-related topics to support ongoing projects or proposal building. Translate technical sustainability concepts into clear, accessible, and persuasive visual content. Collaborate with the team to support day-to-day design and communication needs. Who We're Looking For: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, Public Policy, or a related field. Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Canva. This is a core requirement, as your primary task will be visual creation. A strong, demonstrable passion for climate action, renewable energy, and sustainability. A creative thinker with a keen eye for design, typography, and detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. This full-time contract role will contribute to the quantitative foundation of India’s Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) supply potential for the next decade. What You'll Do: Technical Analysis: Conduct assessments of annual availability and yield potential for carbohydrate-rich (sugars/grains) and lipid-based feedstocks. Carbon Modelling: Research "low-carbon" sustainable agricultural practices (e.g., fertiliser substitution, no-till farming) to calculate GHG reductions for LCA System Boundaries. Economic Modelling: Evaluate farm-level economics and byproduct pricing Project Integration: Collaborate with the consulting team to provide feedstock inputs for supply-demand projection models. Reporting: Contribute technical sections to interim and final project reports, focusing on agricultural sustainability criteria. Teamwork: Participate in weekly project alignment meetings and ensure high data integrity for all farm-level inputs. Who We're Looking For: A recent graduate in Agricultural Sciences or Agronomics preferred. A recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, Public Policy, Engineering or a related field may also apply. 1-2 years of field or research and project-based experience in sugarcane, sweet sorghum, or oilseeds ecosystem in India. You will work directly with our core team to conduct on-ground research for the Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) ecosystem in India and work on reports that help advance the cause of decarbonisation through SAF. This role will include travel to various locations in rural India. What You'll Do: Stakeholder Mapping: Identify and engage 40–50 key respondents across the value chain, including agricultural cooperatives, waste aggregators, and municipal authorities. Primary Research: Execute structured semi-quantitative interviews and field surveys to identify logistical and regulatory bottlenecks in the feedstock supply chain. Contextual Analysis: Document community-level data on biomass residues and competing uses for feedstocks to inform localised supply curves. Cross-Functional Support: Provide real-world logistical data to the Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) and Supply Chain teams to refine "well-to-gate" emissions models. Communication: Draft high-quality stakeholder perception summaries and reports. Professionalism: Represent Ohayo Green Energy in professional interactions with government departments and corporate entities. Who We're Looking For: A Degree or Diploma in Rural Management is preferred. A recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Renewable Energy, Public Policy, Engineering or a related field may also apply. 1-2 years in primary and secondary market research in rural Indian or agricultural markets.
