Role Summary Dual role owning (1) video model review/QA and (2) new store onboarding . You'll validate AI outputs, catch edge cases, and take stores live by configuring cameras, zones, and alerts. Ideal for a diligent, fast learner who loves structured checklists and crisp execution. Key Responsibilities Review model outputs (footfall, queue, dwell, age/gender) and flag/annotate errors & edge cases. Run accuracy checks vs. ground truth; maintain review logs and quality dashboards. Onboard stores: verify camera streams (static IP/plugin), draw zones, set KPIs/alerts, run go-live tests. Create/update SOPs, FAQs, and first-week monitoring checklists. Train store staff on dashboards, basic troubleshooting, and escalation paths. Partner with Engineering/CS for fixes, retests, and release notes. Must-Have Skills Meticulous attention to detail; very high diligence . Fast learner; comfort with checklists, SLAs, and tight timelines. Basic tech: Windows/Linux basics, networking (IP, ping, ports), G-Sheets/Excel. Clear written & spoken English; Hindi (or local language) is a plus. Good to Have Exposure to computer vision/annotation tools, CCTV setups, or retail ops. SQL basics; scripting (Python/bash) is a plus. Field-readiness: ability to travel to store locations when needed. KPIs You'll Own Review accuracy and throughput/day. Store time-to-go-live (median) & first-week issue rate. Defect escape rate & SLA adherence. Experience & Education 02 years (freshers welcome). Any 12th/graduate/diploma; tech or retail ops preferred. Location & Work Mode India (Remote + field travel as needed). Rotational coverage for peak hours.
