Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings. Perform wiring, assembly, and installation of electrical control panels, distribution boards, and switchgear. Cut, strip, crimp, and terminate wires and cables to required standards. Mount and connect electrical components such as relays, contactors, circuit breakers, PLCs, power supplies, and terminal blocks. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, codes, and company procedures. Inspect panels for quality and perform continuity and functional testing. Troubleshoot wiring issues and resolve any faults during assembly or testing. Maintain proper documentation of wiring changes and updates. Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other technicians to ensure timely project completion. Keep work area clean, organized, and safe. Qualifications & Skills: ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent. Proven experience in electrical panel wiring and assembly (1-3 years preferred, but freshers with strong knowledge can be considered). Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and electrical schematics. Strong knowledge of electrical components, control circuits, and power distribution. Familiarity with electrical standards (IEC, IS, or UL preferred). Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team. Basic knowledge of safety practices in electrical work.
