As we scale, we’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join the Founder’s Office and directly support strategic and operational initiatives.Role Overview:As a Founder’s Office Associate, you will work closely with the founder to drive day-to-day execution, manage operational data, streamline reporting, support digital expansion, and ensure effective backend systems. This is a high-ownership role with exposure to multiple facets of the business including retail ops, marketing, e-commerce, and inventory systems. This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in managing Amazon/Flipkart operations and the ability to work on WooCommerce + Elementor for our own website. Responsibilities Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and our WooCommerce website (upload SKUs, optimize titles, descriptions, images, keywords). Work with Elementor to update product pages, banners, and basic site content. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock sync across platforms. Handle daily operations: order tracking, returns, and customer queries. Run and optimize basic ad campaigns (Amazon PPC, Google/Meta Ads). Generate weekly performance reports (sales, ads, listings health). Coordinate with internal teams (inventory, retail, marketing) for smooth workflows.
