About Snap Analytics
Snap Analytics is a specialist data and AI consultancy that designs and engineers modern cloud data platforms for large enterprises. We’re the team of “invisible engines” that turn complex, siloed data into a trusted foundation for analytics and AI. Founded in Bristol in 2019, we’re best known for our deep SAP expertise combined with modern platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran, dbt and AWS. We believe in creating a world where data makes sense for everyone and that technology alone doesn’t solve problems: it takes skilled people who understand business processes, working with a no-ego, customer-first mindset.
We work with global enterprises in manufacturing, energy, retail and consumer goods, and financial services to bring their SAP and non-SAP data together into one governed, well-engineered platform so they can make faster decisions, cut cost and complexity, and put AI use cases into production. Our work includes high-performance engineering for elite Formula 1 racing teams, the digital transition for more than 5.8 million UK energy customers, supply chains that reach 94% of UK households, and wealth-management platforms supporting over one million families. Every engagement is delivered through Snap 360, our delivery framework, built on four pillars: Data, People, Processes and Technology.
This is a genuinely exciting time to join; demand for SAP-to-cloud modernisation and enterprise AI is accelerating, and we’re scaling our teams across the UK, India and South Africa to meet it. Honestly, rapid growth also means some of our internal processes and team structures are still evolving, and as a consultancy your priorities will often be shaped by client timelines, so you’ll need to be comfortable with change.
Where we are right now
We’re an established, fast-growing consultancy: founded in 2019, now close to 200 data specialists across offices in Bristol (UK, HQ), Pune (India) and Cape Town (South Africa), and growing quickly (we’ve reported 200% year-on-year growth). We’re a Snowflake Premier Services Partner, with 65+ SnowPro certifications in the team, an official SAP partner, a certified Fivetran partner and an AWS partner, and we were named Matillion UK Partner of the Year in both 2023 and 2024. The company is led by CEO David Rice. Employees rate us 4.4/5 on Glassdoor, with 85% saying they’d recommend Snap to a friend.
