Office + Experience Centre Manager

SUMMARY

Uberkool is a product design and furniture studio.

Our office and experience centre are where clients meet the brand, products get discovered, and projects get started. We’re looking for someone who can own this space.

You'll be part host, coordinator, sales support, administrator and problem solver.

Your job is simple:
Make Uberkool easy to deal with.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
EXPERIENCE CENTRE- Welcome and host clients- Understand what visitors are looking for- Explain Uberkoolproducts and services- Keep the space organised and presentation-ready- Maintain product displays, samples andcatalogues- Coordinate product demos and client meetings- Ensure every visitor gets a great experience

CLIENT COORDINATION
- Handle incoming enquiries- Understand client requirements- Coordinate site visits andmeetings- Prepare and follow up on quotations- Track leads and opportunities- Follow up until the next action isclear

OFFICE OPERATIONS
- Manage day-to-day studio administration- Coordinate vendors and service providers-Maintain documents, orders and records- Coordinate deliveries and installations with the workshop- Keep projectinformation updated- Make sure nothing falls through the cracks

EXPERIENCE
1–4 years preferredExperience in furniture, interiors, hospitality, retail, design or customer-facing businesses is a plus.But we're more interested in attitude, communication and ownership.
