As an Office Assistant for helping in the preparation and documentation of tender documents, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of the tender process. This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Your main responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of tender documents, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time. You will play a key role in maintaining documentation systems and filing important paperwork for future reference. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the team by providing administrative support and assisting in other office tasks as needed.
