Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and proactive Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Hindi , proficient in Microsoft Excel , and hold a graduate degree . The role involves supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Key Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks Handle data entry, documentation, and filing Prepare and update Excel sheets and reports Answer phone calls and handle correspondence (emails, letters, etc.) Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors Manage office supplies and maintain records Perform other clerical duties as assigned by management Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree required Fluency in Hindi (spoken and written) Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Good communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Preferred: Prior experience in an office assistant or administrative role (Priority) Familiarity with other MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook) Candidates preferred from Malappuram district.
