About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Odoo / Python Developer with experience in ERP development, customization, and implementation. The candidate will work on developing and customizing ERP solutions, building business applications, and delivering technical solutions based on client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain Odoo ERP modules.
• Work with Python, PostgreSQL, and related technologies.
• Develop custom features, workflows, reports, and integrations.
• Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and project teams.
• Participate in ERP implementation and customization projects.
• Learn and work with ERPNext and the Frappe Framework.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Python programming.
• Experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and database management.
• Understanding of ERP architecture and business workflows.
• Familiarity with APIs and third-party integrations.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, including ERPNext.
