Iam a member from last 5 years. Today I visited after 3 months due to my travel schedule, I was very much upset. They did not receive me properly . No pampering gesters. Rooms and toilets in a very bad shape. Staff are not pleasant. Decided to discontinue my membership

Good quality, responsive. Therapists are well trained and professional. A bit pricey may be due to the location. I am a one time visitor but if some one regular and taking their 25K package, it seems quite worth.

I’m a regular client at ode spa, the service is so professional and accustomed to the issues of the client. But it’d be better if they maintain the hygiene of the spa, there’s jacuzzi but it’s no longer in use and the bathrooms are not well maintained.
