Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for an Online Tutor who will work with international students from regions such as the USA, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, as well as IGCSE and IB curriculums. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and delivering personalized lessons, explaining complex subjects through interactive and engaging methods, assessing students progress, and providing feedback to enhance academic performance. The tutor will also adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles. Qualifications Strong expertise in subject-specific knowledge for IGCSE, IB, and international curriculum (USA, UK, Australian, Canadian, Singaporean). Proficiency in teaching strategies that promote active learning and concept clarity. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English. Experience in adapting lessons to diverse cultural and learning needs of international students. Patience, empathy, and the ability to inspire and motivate students. Relevant teaching experience or certifications in international curriculums are advantageous. Proficiency with online teaching tools and platforms is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Education, the subject area of expertise, or related fields is preferred. Requirements- Laptop, Pentab/Stylus and Stable WIFI Connection is mandatory.
