We are now inviting applications for a Founder’s Office / Founder’s Assistant role—a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders , gain 360° exposure to strategy, fundraising, and operations , and accelerate your career in the startup ecosystem . Key Responsibilities Collaborate with founders on strategy, execution, and high-priority projects . Assist with financial planning, investor relations, and pitch deck creation . Support business development, operations, and partner engagement . Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business analysis . Act as a strategic liaison between founders, teams, and external stakeholders. Candidate Profile MBA with a Finance specialization . Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities . Passionate about startups, sustainability, and climate innovation . Entrepreneurial mindset: curious, self-driven, and adaptable .
