2 days back we had an event in TMA pai where ocean preal served the food... I got a LONG HAIR IN BIRYANI which was just disgusting, I informed on the same to the manager. Service was very poor waiter use to take long long time to serve the food because of which we had to wait very long time in queue.

It's been observed that the service quality has gone down drastically in the past 2 years. Food served at coral and Sagar Ratna are horrible . We ordered south Indian meals and we are been served stale food .even a small hotel serve good quality food but here it's very pathetic. Are you think that people are fools ?
