Most useless courier and cargo service we ever seen. Our parcel to UK reached after 25 days with 50% items lost. Staff doesn’t even know where the shipment was. Original box container was changed. No support from staff. Managers even doesn’t know how to talk with clients. Not even worth for one star. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Have had good experience with their camp branch. Was assisted by Ms. Rafat who was professional and quick with the job. Can rely on them for future work as well.

Very disappointed occpl commitment and delivery times very poor and there service...due to late service i face issue and lost clients further orders , be but professional and then provide services..... I don't know why everyone given such five star which pointless or just given by your own stuff members, i hate your service honestly

Thursday evening sent courier to USA and Monday afternoon delivery done to my son at Atlanta. Great team work by OCCPL.

They Lost my parcel and didn't even informed me. After enquiring after 7 days they said that they are not able to find our parcel. Their staff behaves very badly after booking.
