Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service and Most imp – Customer Insights) and .NET/C# based applications. (NON-NEGOTIABLE) - MUST HAVE Very strong C#, Typescript and Java skills (NON – NEGOTIABLE) Design and implement automation frameworks aligned with project structures. Develop, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for web applications. Create, enhance, and debug well-structured test cases using Azure DevOps Implement automation frameworks using Playwright, and Selenium/Vibium Organize and monitor defect management processes, handle changes, and conduct regression testing. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities with the development team. Apply synchronization techniques to handle dynamic elements and ensure test reliability. Perform cross-browser testing using Playwright configuration setups. Test complex scenarios including file uploads, late-loading elements, and multi-step workflows. Debug failed test cases using screenshots, logs, trace files, and step-through debugging. Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines on Azure DevOps Hands-on experience in testing Power Automate / Logic Apps workflows Experience testing Power Apps Portals Knowledge of Dataverse (CDS) and Dynamics 365 configurations Testing Tools - Postman, SOAP, TFS Write, maintain, and manage automated UI tests and API tests
