Their service is great but the place is very unhygienic. The towels and sheets were so filthy. Plus please update your staff if they are sick, please don’t let them to serve customers. The girl was keep blowing her nose.

I just wanted to give a HUGE thumbs up to the O2 spa! i decided to get a couple of massages there and i enjoyed it quite a lot, i didn't want to drive home and could have easily slept the day away while getting foot massage . It was by far the best day spa experience that I have had. :)

Today I been there n service is very poor .they don't have trained staff......so be awere they can be reson of ur pain.staff don't HV knowledge of bone skin nerv......it's equal beating sm1bdly.so provide ur fund to sm needy but don't spend …

Awesome experience with O2. Very kind and humble staff they help us to choose sevices and even now i know very much about the services. Great job guys keep it up

It was my first visit to o2..and it was out of this world..the ambience,the reception with the welcome drink, the spa n the facial session was par excellence.was rejuvenating..i can scream from the roof top......o2 it s highly recommended...

Good service, but interior & bathroom needs lot of improvement. Booked through online aggregator & hence the complete service mentioned in the voucher qas not provided.

The receptionist arpana is very rude, need to learn some professionalism and customer interaction skills. Services were good.
