Torn towels, cockroaches, no proper wash rooms, hanging wires, poor ambience and hospitality. Beaten up place to the core. A place to avoid if you are looking to have a good spa experience.

Don't waste your time. Manager is least bothered about taking appointments, they don't accept online deals although the publicise it everywhere. Better avoid

A good place to relax and rejuvenate. The therapists , Jenny and Aarti were very good. Overall it was a very good experience.
