I had very bad massage at this place…I opted for aroma therapy..didn’t feel like I am getting massage..no pressure at all..it was like employee of this place was not paid well..she didn’t care to increase the pressure even if I mentioned..waste of money…

The organic facial that I took was really a nice one, the beautician did a good job too. The place was VERY untidy, towels n tissues thrown on the floor all over, the bathroom was just like any other public toilet without the flush working. For the price we pay this place is not even worth half.

One of the worst experience ever...super unhygienic this people wipe your feed with one dirty towel which is not even hot ... then later after treatment they'll wipe your feed with same towel so disgusting..even the treatment room is so …

It’s a beautiful spa I have ever gone too, I got my facial and scrub done, the therapist was so gentle, plus the ambiance was really amazing, that’s such a relaxing and peaceful place I have ever been too. I would definitely recommend one of this place as top most.

Very very poor service at exorbitant prices . The ambience is pathetic with people moving around in the foot massage area and the washroom right opposite . Very noisy environment . Badly designed lighting …

Ode spa has a calming and clean ambience. Along with that, professional masseuses make this place a great spot to get relaxing massages in Jayanagar. Will definitely recommend!

I had a bad experience. I went there with a nearbuy voucher for a massage. The toilet which is just outside the massage room was stinking. Also, it seemed like masseuse wanted to finish it quickly. When I told the receptionist she said that's how it is and was least bothered. Garuda mall branch is much better.
