The quality of this place is excellent. Alika is great masseur. My shoulder knots got dissolved. Lee handles the reception very well. The shower is very good. Good overall experience

The receptionist at the spa was very nice in handling the guests. The therepist was very good in her job and she gave a good body massage. The ambience is awesome.

Unprofessional staff. Swedish massage was not so convincing. Head and Shoulders were not at all done. Not satisfied with the overall service. Shower was fit wrongly because of which I got hot water burn. Oil used was not good enough. …

Mr. Ramesh is a pathetic hospitality professional. The spa did not ask us if we are booking for 2 people or 1, and when we came all the way here he tried pinning it on us that we did not confirm. No one asked us if the slot is for 1 person …

Have been a regular here for more than 5 years. Good therapists and facility is feeling dated of late, bed and showers are feeling dated needs replacement.

Arjun the manager recommended aromatherapy...Jharna did the service. She was amazing n quite concerned with customer requirements n did as I wanted. Arjun coordinated my session n was very cordial n prompt in all my queries. I wish them best n hope to visit them soon again.

I would've given 0 stars if it was possible. The steam room was not working. THERE WAS NO WATER IN THE SHOWER. Oily and messy and was forced to get back home the same. Worst possible experience.
