I had a decent massage treatment but my aroma therapy massage was disappointing as I could only smell mould in the room, I should have refused treatment! Management needs to seriously consider fixing the facility

Very friendly and well mannered from the Reception to the therapists. As usual a very pleasant and relaxing experience. It has been great association and fullfilling experience with O2 now Ode. Will continue to be a member as long as possible.

Got a Thai spa done from Poornima. It was the best I have had so far, relaxing and soothing!! Definitely a must try!

I have been visiting ODE spa for many years now. It is an an awesome experience here, it rejuvenates me completely . The spa is very well maintained and spacious with soothening background music. The therapists here are really good. Lan , Monsy, and Trilda are really good. Enjoy the wonderful experience at Ode spa! Cheers
