Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Generative AI (GEN AI) Trainer. The GEN AI Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs on Generative AI applications to a diverse audience, including technical teams, business professionals, and decision-makers. Key tasks include developing course materials, conducting live training sessions, providing practical hands-on guidance, and ensuring participants gain proficiency in applying AI solutions to real-world challenges. The role also involves staying current with advancements in Generative AI to update and refine training content. Qualifications Strong understanding of Generative AI fundamentals. Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and creating effective training materials for diverse audiences. Excellence in communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, GEN AI Tools frameworks is highly desirable. Strong research and analytical skills to stay up-to-date with emerging trends in Generative AI and integrate them into training programs. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt training to the needs of stakeholders. Educational background in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred. Previous experience in training, teaching, or mentoring in AI-related fields is an advantage.
