Visit prospective customers in industrial area Bhosari, Chakan and surrounding MIDC regions for sales discussion. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat orders. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market penetration. Prepare regular sales reports / sales forecasts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, MBA, Marketing or related field. 0-3 years of experience in direct sales or partner management, preferably in industrial machinery. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
