Handle inbound & outbound calls related to Personal Loans Generate and qualify high-quality leads for loan processing Explain loan products including interest rates, tenure, EMI, and eligibility Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan logins and disbursements Follow up with customers to ensure document collection and closure Support and guide junior telecallers when required Ensure compliance with DSA and bank policies Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service
