Role Overview We are seeking a highly creative and data-driven Social Media Manager with minimum 5 years of experience in D2C brands . This is an in-person role based out of Gurgaon . The ideal candidate will lead social media strategy, content creation, community engagement, and influencer marketing across platforms, with a strong focus on Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Pinterest. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the social media strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Manage content calendars and publishing across Instagram, Facebook, Threads, and Pinterest . Collaborate with design/creative teams to deliver high-performing content (reels, carousels, static posts). Drive influencer and creator partnerships — from scouting to negotiations to performance tracking. Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to optimize content. Respond to community interactions (DMs, comments) and build brand affinity. Track, analyze, and report on social media performance KPIs. Support performance marketing team with social-first content ideas. Requirements 5+ years of proven experience managing social media for D2C brands (fashion, lifestyle, or consumer-focused preferred). Strong understanding of Instagram growth, influencer marketing, and content trends. Experience with Pinterest marketing is a plus. Excellent copywriting skills and ability to adapt tone of voice. Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics. Social Media & Content Creation Intern – Nuyug 📍 Location: Gurgaon (In-person) 💰 Stipend: ₹10,000 / month ⏳ Duration: 3–6 months (PPO opportunity) About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on Social Media & Content Creation Intern to help us build engaging, high-quality content for Nuyug across Instagram and other platforms. You’ll work closely with the founders, graphic designer, and marketing team to create, publish, and optimize content for a growing D2C jewellery brand.
