The Inventory & Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing stock levels , ensuring accurate inventory control , ensure and support with packing of products & goods , and optimize storage and dispatch workflows . Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock levels of all products. Monitor product expiry dates and implement FIFO Manage reorder levels Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Ensure cold chain and temperature control standards are maintained for perishable items. Optimize space utilization and ensure proper product segregation and labeling. Use ZOHO systems for real-time tracking. Qualifications & Experience Preferred 3+ years of experience in warehouse/inventory management, preferably in Hospitality Experience with inventory management systems or ERP software (e.g., Tally Solutions, Zoho Inventory, or similar). Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting. Preferred Prior experience in hospitality sector. Knowledge of GST invoicing and basic logistics coordination. Compensation Competitive salary commensurate with experience. Performance-based incentives.
