Qualities do, hunger to make a dent do. Your mindset, work ethic, and integrity mean far more to us than your degrees. What We Expect Financially — You will invest in Nutribud Foods. Why? Because we genuinely want you to have real skin in the game. If this were just about skills, we could have simply hired someone. ▫️ Equity Structure — (1) Equity Against Investment + (2) Equity Transfer from Founders Compensation & Location — Fixed salary: around Rs. 25,000/month to cover basic expenses. Location: We’re based in Ahmedabad. Please seriously consider all possibilities before applying if not from Ahmedabad. What If It Doesn’t Work Out? We understand that sometimes things may not align even with the best intentions. So, if for any reason, within a predefined time limit (say 90 days), you feel this isn’t for you, You will get your investment back after deducting the costs incurred by the company in the entire process. For us, Honesty and Integrity stand right at the top. So yes, there will be a formal agreement in place to maintain clarity and transparency. A Realistic View Of the Journey — We wanted to do this earlier, but only when it truly made sense. That time is now. If there’s no alignment, we won’t move ahead, regardless of the investment.
