Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of nursing services, ensuring smooth functioning of wards and departments.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols for patient care delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements (NABH), and industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of excellence in clinical practice through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of medical services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-9 years of experience as a Staff Nurse or equivalent role.
  • B.Sc Nursing / GNM degree from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institution.
  • Strong understanding of clinical administration, clinical operations, superintendent activities, and medical services principles.
