Non Division User Contact Person HR Job Details Brief Description about the Project Sankalp: Strengthening Program Implementation and Monitoring to Achieve Single-digit Neonatal Mortality Nurse Mentors Position Starting: 15th February2025 No. of Vacancy: Four Preferred Qualifications: B.Sc. /GNM Nursing with experience in Obstetrics and Paediatric Nursing Salary: Rs. 25400/-pm Language : Kannada and English, Hindi Experience: Minimum 1 year experience Last Day for Receiving Application: 7th February, 2025 Location: Koppal/ Bangalore, Karnataka Roles and Responsibilities : Clinical competence in the care of small and sick newborns at facilities Onsite mentoring and supportive supervision of health care personnel in the health facilities within the district Assist in the evaluation of competencies of health care personnel and collection of data from the community, Ensure the quality of data collected from the health facilities. Capacity building and mentoring of health personnel. Report the project activities being implemented to the core team regularly. Plan and develop quality improvement initiatives at the health facilities to help achieve the project objectives.
