Never buy this product. Within a month of purchase, the battery stopped charging. The customer care said i have to bear the bothwsys expenses for shipment to service station. As this was not worth, i bought once again a new flosser. Even that too stopped charging after 1 month.. SO NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT

I bought an Orthopedic Heatpad 321S, and it doesn’t heat up at all. It takes 5 minutes to start heating, and even then, it doesn’t get properly warm. The heating stops after just 1 minute. This is a really poor-quality product.
