File Login & Documentation Handling Receive and verify customer documents from Sales/Relationship Managers. Ensure completeness and correctness of KYC, income proof, bank statements, and application forms. Log in files in the system (LMS or CRM) accurately. Generate file numbers, upload scanned documents, and maintain physical document records. 2. Coordination with Credit Team Forward logged-in files for credit underwriting. Resolve queries raised by the credit team (missing documents, inconsistencies). Schedule and coordinate Personal Discussions (PD) if required. 3. Disbursement Support Follow up for sanction letters, documentation completion, and customer signatures. Liaise with operations and accounts for disbursement processing. Check bank account details, loan agreements, and compliance before fund release. Ensure TAT (Turnaround Time) from login to disbursement is within target. 4. Administrative & MIS Work Maintain tracker of all logged-in, sanctioned, and disbursed files. Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on application status. Manage document storage, scanning, and retrieval. Assist in internal audit, data entry, and system updates. 5. Customer & Sales Team Support Handle basic queries related to loan status or documentation. Coordinate with sales team for document collection or corrections. Ensure transparency and smooth communication across all teams.
