Job Summary: Water Treatment Chemical Sales & Marketing Officer Nuoer Chemical India is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team. This office-based role primarily involves reaching out to potential clients through phone calls and emails to drive sales of our high-quality water treatment chemicals, particularly Polyacrylamide (PAM). We especially encourage fresh graduates and female candidates to apply. Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Proactively identify and research potential clients in the water treatment sector using online tools like Google. Outreach: Initiate contact with prospective clients via phone calls and professional emails to introduce our products and services. Communication: Clearly articulate the benefits and applications of our water treatment chemicals to potential customers. Lead Management: Maintain and update a database of leads and client interactions. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving targets and expanding our market presence. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Language: Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential. Computer Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including experience with email communication and online research. Core Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A keen eye for identifying potential leads and business development opportunities. Basic understanding of sales principles. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Relevant experience in sales, business development, or the chemical industry will be an advantage. Benefits & Compensation Salary: Competitive basic salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
