Role Overview We are looking for energetic and result-driven Field Sales Executives (Male candidates preferred) to promote Numberone Academy’s offerings to business owners and MSME clients in Ernakulam, Calicut, and Malappuram. The role requires a proactive individual with strong sales skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to build strong client relationships that drive enrollments into our training programs. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate leads among business owners, entrepreneurs, and MSMEs through field visits, referrals, and networking. Meet potential clients, explain training programs, and convert prospects into paid enrollments. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Execute client meetings, and local marketing activities to build visibility. Achieve assigned sales targets in the designated territory. Keep track of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM or reporting formats. Provide market insights and feedback to management for refining sales strategies. Education & Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred). Higher Secondary (+2) candidates with strong field sales experience will also be considered. Experience 1–2 years of field sales experience in B2B / MSME / SME sectors. Prior experience in selling training programs, business services, or related offerings is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills. Ability to build long-term professional relationships with entrepreneurs. Excellent communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities. Knowledge of local MSME ecosystem and business community. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace for reporting and follow-ups. Personal Attributes Male candidates preferred for this role. Energetic, proactive, and willing to travel extensively within assigned territory. Result-driven with a positive attitude.
