About NudgeBee NudgeBee is building an AI Agentic Workflow platform that helps CloudOps teams automate the hardest, messiest parts of operations - from troubleshooting to cost optimization using intelligent AI-driven workflows and AI assistants (agents). We’re a lean team building something ambitious, fast. Who This Role Is For This role is for raw, curious talent. Someone who: Is deeply interested in marketing Wants to try multiple things, learn fast, and execute Is okay figuring things out on their own Eventually wants to specialize in what excites them most, or become a strong all-rounder If you get bored doing just one thing and enjoy figuring things out from scratch, you’ll feel very at home here. No specific background needed. We care about mindset, curiosity, and ownership. What We’re Looking For Genuine interest in marketing & growth Independent thinker, minimal hand-holding High-agency, sees a problem, solves it Power user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, NanoBanana, video generation, automation tools, etc.) Basic awareness of B2B / SaaS marketing Full-time, in-office availability (Baner, Pune) for minimum 3 months This is a foundational role, not a specialised role. You don’t need to know everything, you just need the hunger to learn and execute.
