The Commis will be responsible for assisting in food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, and contributing to cooking tasks. Day-to-day tasks include preparing ingredients, following culinary instructions, and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen. The Commis will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes. Qualifications Food Preparation and Culinary Skills Understanding of Hygiene standards Effective Communication skills Relevant qualifications and previous experience in a similar role are beneficial. A passion for cooking and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
