Roles and Responsibility Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a polite and professional manner. Handle phone calls, inquiries, and provide information about classes, schedules, and events. Maintain student records, attendance, and basic administrative documentation. Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth day-to-day operations. Assist in scheduling classes, appointments, and follow-ups. Support in event coordination and basic front-office tasks. Desired Skill Good communication and interpersonal skills (English and Tamil preferred). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Google Workspace). Positive attitude, approachable, and customer-friendly. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Interest in music or willingness to learn about music activities is an added advantage.
