We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Structural Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and supervising construction projects to ensure structural safety, functionality, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with architects, contractors, and project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, plan, and oversee the construction of buildings, bridges, and other structures. Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure stability, strength, and safety. Prepare and review structural drawings, models, and specifications. Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and construction teams to align designs with project requirements. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Conduct site visits, inspections, and assessments during construction and post-construction phases. Identify structural issues, propose effective solutions, and manage risk factors. Utilize structural engineering software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, AutoCAD, or Revit. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project presentations. Support project management activities, including cost estimation, scheduling, and resource planning. Qualifications & Skills Bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred). Proven experience in structural design and analysis (0 –6 years, depending on role seniority). Proficiency in structural engineering software (STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, Tekla, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.). Strong knowledge of national and international codes (IS, ACI, BS, Eurocode). Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and mathematical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is an advantage.
