About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Account Management Intern to support our Client Servicing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn the dynamics of client communication, campaign execution, and project coordination in a fast-paced professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist the account management team in day-to-day client communication Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, media, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of projects Prepare client presentations, reports, and meeting notes Track project timelines and follow up on pending deliverables Support in gathering client feedback and ensuring smooth execution of revisions Research and assist in developing client pitches or strategy documents Maintain client data, project files, and update tracking systems Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field Strong verbal and written communication skills Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a team Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) Eagerness to learn and grow in client servicing and account management What You'll Gain: Real-world exposure to managing client accounts Experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams Mentorship and learning opportunities in client relationship management A stepping stone into a full-time role (based on performance) Certificate of Internship Show more Show less
